We develop the creative direction, layouts, materials, furnishings, and details, then guide you through clear review and approval milestones.
Approved selections move into procurement and coordinated implementation, with communication and decisions centralized in your client portal.
Installation, styling, and final details bring the vision together into a space that feels distinctly yours.

What protects the experience
Before you inquire
Your project details are reviewed for service fit, timing, location, and the level of support requested. If it appears aligned, you receive an invitation to reserve the appropriate paid consultation. Residential consultations are $350; commercial and event strategy consultations are $750. Some inquiries may be routed to a smaller-project pathway, future follow-up, or a more appropriate referral.
No. The consultation is the first paid strategy conversation for qualified inquiries. Design, planning, and production fees are prepared separately and reflect the approved scope, complexity, timeline, and level of service. Furnishings, materials, event vendors, venues, production, construction, and trade services are also separate.
The private Echelon client portal is being prepared. Until it is activated for an engagement, Echelon confirms the approved communication and document process in writing so decisions, files, payments, and next steps remain organized and traceable.
Echelon provides interior design services and collaborates with the appropriate project professionals. Architecture, engineering, construction, permitting, inspections, and code compliance remain the responsibility of properly licensed providers.
Yes. We welcome early collaboration with your project team when roles, communication, responsibilities, and decision authority are clearly defined.
