Tyaisha Wilson
Founder · CEO · Principal DesignerVision led by feeling, grounded in intention.
Tyaisha Wilson founded Echelon with a belief that interior design can shape how people experience their everyday lives and how they see what is possible for themselves.
Her point of view is polished but never cold, bold but never loud. She is drawn to spaces that feel elevated and welcoming at once: rooms with clean architecture, tactile layers, confident contrast, and moments that reveal themselves slowly.
At the center of every engagement is listening. Tyaisha translates the client’s story, routines, aspirations, and practical needs into one cohesive direction, then guides the decisions required to bring it to life.
Her practice also extends into event planning and coordination. Through her role as an event coordinator with OCEO and her work shaping milestone experiences, she brings the same visual discipline, organized communication, and care for the guest journey to events.

From first idea to final layer.
Echelon’s role is to hold the creative through-line while coordinating the many details that affect it. We collaborate with each client’s licensed architects, contractors, fabricators, installers, and property professionals as the project requires.
Echelon provides interior design services. Architecture, engineering, construction, permitting, and code compliance are performed by the appropriate licensed professionals.
